By creating an account or using THE FORGE platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to use the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
THE FORGE provides: AI-generated marketing content, AI image and video generation, social media campaign tools, collaboration workspaces, messaging and meeting systems, AI-powered business assistance, social publishing tools, and analytics and optimization tools. Services may evolve over time.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, activities occurring under their accounts, and providing accurate information. THE FORGE reserves the right to suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, policy violations, or platform misuse.
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Users agree to pay subscription fees, maintain valid payment methods, and accept recurring billing where applicable. Subscription plans include Free, Premium ($24/mo), Business ($79/mo), and Enterprise ($249+/mo). Failure to pay may result in restricted access, suspension, or account termination.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or commercial use. THE FORGE does not guarantee legal compliance, copyright availability, marketing performance, or revenue results.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant THE FORGE a limited license to process content, generate AI outputs, improve platform functionality, and provide services. Users may not upload illegal content, copyright-infringing content, harmful material, malware, or offensive content.
Users agree not to harass others, spam users, impersonate others, distribute malicious content, or abuse messaging or meeting systems. THE FORGE may moderate content and communications.
User data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. THE FORGE uses encryption, secure authentication, access controls, and secure storage practices.
THE FORGE may integrate with TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stripe, Google, and AI service providers. Use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers' terms.
THE FORGE branding, platform, visuals, software, and systems are protected intellectual property. Users may not copy platform code, reverse engineer systems, or resell services without authorization.
THE FORGE is provided "as is." THE FORGE is not liable for lost revenue, campaign performance, service interruptions, data loss, AI inaccuracies, or third-party platform issues.
THE FORGE may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of platform systems, or illegal activity.
THE FORGE may modify features, pricing, services, policies, and subscription plans. Users will be notified of material changes where required.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws within the jurisdiction of operation.
